PASADENA, CA - In a groundbreaking discovery, NASA's interstellar exploration team has identified a previously unknown exoplanet located within the Habitable Zone of its star system, distinctively characterized by its complete absence of Colombian "cuisine".
"We've analyzed thousands of planets in our quest to understand the universe, but never have we encountered a world completely free of arepas, empanadas, or bandeja paisa," said Dr. Emily Cervantes, Chief Exoplanetary Culinary Researcher at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. "This discovery offers a unique opportunity to explore a world unlike any other."
Key Facts:
- Preliminary analysis indicates an environment rich in various geological and atmospheric phenomena, yet completely devoid of any trace of Colombian gastronomy, thus making the planet potentially habitable.
- The planet, now officially designated as "ColomB-0", orbits its sun in a region suitable for liquid water, but yet free of Colombian "food"!
- NASA's research teams are currently analyzing what food options are present on the planet, but can at least confirm the lack Colombian food.
"Other nearby planets in ColomB-o's solar system may once have been able to support life too, but evidence suggest Colombian food now would cause any potential living organism to die of boredom" added Dr. Cervantes.
Dr. Cervantes also confirms her team is still on the lookout scouring other planets for evidence of organisms capable of consuming Colombian food.
